Delivery, returns and refunds!
Is delivery free?
We offer free delivery on all orders to guarantee you the best possible experience in our store.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping takes a maximum of 48 working hours, and delivery can take from 3 to 8 working days, depending on the carrier. (However, these days delivery can take up to 21 days, unfortunately due to stock shortages and logistical problems with carriers).
What should I do if my parcel has still not been delivered?
Use the tracking number provided to find out where your order is before contacting us. If by any chance your parcel gets lost, please contact us so that we can find out more as quickly as possible.
Why did I receive different packaging?
It may happen that, due to stock issues, we have no more boxes available. Please also note that due to image exposure, products may be slightly darker or lighter than shown in the photos.
How do I request a return or refund?
To request a return or refund, simply contact us and we will review your request as soon as possible. If you would like more information about returns, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Unfortunately, due to abuse by some customers, return costs and other charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer, with certain exceptions.
What should I do if I still haven't received my refund?
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted to your bank account. If, after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve the problem.

Can I get an invoice?
Of course, your invoice will be sent to you automatically after you have confirmed your purchase. It will be included in your order confirmation e-mail and can be downloaded in PDF format.
What are the different payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Apple Pay.However, we do not accept checks, money orders, bank transfers as well as PayPal.
How do I know if my payment is secure?
When you order online using your credit card, all information is entered into a secure SSL web page, then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
